  • Come back motivation !! & Coffe thinspo!

    I have been screwing up all wekend. Binging and purging and lost track of last week success.

    Well. It’s over now.

    I’m strong again and now I’m gonna cut myself down to 118 as soon as possible !

    Right now I weighted myself and I was 120.1 after the salty food/bread yesterday and alcohol and lots of sugar on friday.

    So I know I tecnically haven’t screwed that much up. I can do this in this week, right!?!

    Woke up this morning and it was raining and the snow was gone! :D My car is then hopefully not going to get stuck in snow mountain again, LOL !

    Food plan:

    (12:10pm)Carrot& apple juice  150 cals

    (2:40pm) 20 almonds : 119 cals

    (4:00pm) broccoli&beans 140 cals

    (6:52pm) nupo diet shake 112 cals

    (9:25pm) egg whites 94 cals

    total: 621 cals
