Making plans – 2012 is my year !!
Hi again girls, I haven’t posted for a really loong time!
I’ve been restricting the last weeks trying to get back on track. I weighted myself on my mum’s scale this evening and I was 119 lbs! BMI 21.1 My goal is 110 so I’m not really far from it.
This summer I was up to 130 lbs but I was running and weight lifting and I was probably with more muscles and healthyer then. Now I’m only restricting, lying in my bed and I’ve b/prged couple of times this month and I haven’t done that since I was a teenager and it almos became a serious trouble but I quit in time (when I got pregnant) because I didn’t wanna harm my child.
Well…. NYE tomorrow and January 1st I need to start on a new diet !
Thinking about following Gilian McKeith’s ultimate health plan and start running again! Can’t wait to reach my goal weight again!!!
