  • Weight in day

    Maintained again! (119lbs). I’m getting tired of this. I know I’m probably gaining muscles and loosing fat but it’s so frustirating to just see the same number 2 weeks in a row. This week I’ll run my ass off in the gym and outside so I’ll start to loose weight again.

    Today is all about studying for the exams and watch my calorie intake. Maybe go for a run later today.

    Daily challenge is to write about the perfect size and how I’d feel when I reach that goal

    My goal now is 110 pounds and I know I will look so much better at that size. But the perfect size for me is 104 lbs and still be healthy at my lowest BMI. I’d use smaller clothes (xs) and I’d look good in everything. I would look better in skirts and shorts and that would feel amazing! I could wear a bikini and I wouldn’t care of other imperfections because I would be skinny! That would make me so happy.

  • Weight in tomorrow – B&W thinspo

    It’s so hard to be on a diet when studying for exams. Today was not good. Didn’t binge but I did have a lot of sugary foods. Next weight in is tomorrow but I’m probably still maintaining, I see I’m more toned because I go to the gym more often.

  • New and better day after a binge yesterday

    I’m SO not going over the budget today! Hope I didn’t ruin the week yesterday after eating over 2000 calories! My intake was probably around 2500. Today is the first day of summer in Iceland, and it’s raining and 8°C, typical for the weather here.

  • Day 10

    I tried salt water flush yesterday after reading about it on the internet. It’s supposed to work like a “natural” homemaid laxative. I tried it because I was having weight in day today… NOT good Idea! I mixed 2 teaspoons with 1L water and could just drink the half of it. It was disgusting and did not work at all… also I think my body just absorbed it and I probably had extra water weight when I weighted myself this morning but I don’t know because I maintained my weight. Usually I avoid salt because I’m so sensitive to it.

    Well, that was disappointing, I hope I will lose extra pound because of this this week!

  • Day 9 – Just another day

    Feel better today. I bought batteries so I can step on the scale in the morning!! Can’t wait !

    Still studying for exams. I’m more optimistic now even if I’m still reading some notes for the first time! For a week I was sure I’d fail in all my classes.

  • Day 8 – Not my day

    My weight in day is today, but then I stepped on the scale in the morning it was out of batteries !!!

    I was so excited to weight in…I’m so pissed off. I guess I need to buy batteries tomorrow and weight in then instead because I don’t wanna weight in after I eat something.

    This isn’t my day! I’m waiting for my perioids, my stomach is swollen, I got pimple on my nose and I’ve been having crazy cravings all day and then I binged on pizza !

  • Day 7 – Finishing the cake market “eat me”

    I’ve been at the library all day studying. I’ve been so stressed out these days because of my exams. I’ve never been so unprepared. I went to the gym and took a relaxing bath when I came home and that felt really good! I’m done thinking of the exams today I’ll wake up at 7 tomorrow and start again. I had a muffin at the library and ruined the day and went a little over my calorie limit!
