  • Update and pictures !

    The sickness hasn’t getting worse so I hope I’ll be over it soon. I don’t have cold or anything right now and I’m feeling pretty well except a little sore throat.

    I signed up for a challenge but I think maybe I’m to late because the girl who runs it was talking about only one space left or something a couple of hours before I signed in but It doesn’t start until April so I hope I’ll get in blush

    I’ve been eating unhealthy today, pizza and stuff but tomorrow I get payed so I’ll buy some healthy groceries for the week!

     

     

     

     

  • Woke up with body aches and didn’t go to school. My boyfriend has been with cold or flu the last week and I hope I won’t get as sick as he, or not sick at all! (he hasn’t gone out of bed the last days). I took paracetamole and now I feel a lot better so I hope my immune system is fighting this well!

    This morning I was 118.8 lbs ! So I’ve almost lost a pound!

    Now I’m trying to study, I also need to remember to take paracetamole every four hours.

  • Update and yoga thinspo

    I went with my friends to give blood today. I couldn’t give any, as I supposed, because I wasn’t heavy enough so I don’t have enough blood in my circulation!?! “maybe you’ll come again when you’re older and heavyer” the nurse said…. “yes” I said back and smiled (I’m so pathetic) I’m NEVER going to get heavyer than I am right now, I’m just 5’2 so I would be FAT !

    Not that I don’t wanna give blood… but I know I need my blood right now and I was a little glad as the nurse said I would feel dizzy next WEEKS If I tried to give. Hope I’m not a bad person for hoping it:$ But I sort of was there because of pressure (my student union is in a competition) from friends so I could just put my name on the list. We were so close to win last year so I went.

    Anyway… I’m going in hot yoga class after an hour. Needed an inspiration so I googled some images. Hope u enjoy it too! :)

  • I was 119.5 lbs again this morning. Next week I’ill get at least a pound off !

    I took a run on the treadmill 2.2 miles this morning. That’s 200cals, yay!

    That’s good.

    I haven’t went to the gym in a long time. Need to start my workout plan soon but now I need to focus on my study, I’m a lot behind… :/

    I know I shouldn’t weight every day.

    I need to make myself a plan. Now I’m eating bread and drink soda and stuff I never eat and I know when I cut it out I will lose. I really need to loose something for March 25st when I meet my old friends from collage. If I’m realistic I can maybe be 117-118 by then!

     

     

  • Up to 120lbs

    Goddamn it !

    I admit it, I’ve been waiting for my scale to go at 118 again and then put my weight here but I have done extremely bad last days *weeks* and I need to start over again and push myself harder!

    Right now I’m studying for the flight attendant test so the school is on hold until Friday.

     

  • Applied for a summerjob as flight stewardess

    I’m so exited! I sent in an application couple of weeks ago and I was picked out (and tons of other people) to take an exam … I’m a little bit nervous about it though because I don’t have a clue what questions are on a test like that ? Common sense questions? or first aid questions?… languages ? Do anyone of you applied for a job like that and remember how these exams are and If it’s possible to practise for it somehow. I get so nervous when I do not practice anything. Are old ones on the inter net? And I said on the resume I could speak Icelandic well, English well and danish well (but… danish…. I don’t know if I remember it, I lived there in a short time when I was a kid but I’ve forgot the language COMPLETLE. We needed to learn danich in school since I was 10 years old. And I always did good in test and stuff and I honestly think I can’t speak or write danish in a test. I even visited Denmark last year and talked English with all the danish people instead of practicing :$ . And 3 years ago I got a price for the highest grade in french but I can’t speak the language… not a word! Maybe I could write easy stuff but I feel like I remember nothing :/

    I’m thinking about saving some money now and take 10% of my income and then do something nice with it. Maybe I’ll go to deanmark and take the Masters degree there. I really wanna do something different now with my life for a change.

  • I skipped this weight in because I started on my perioid.

    I’m not starting my sugarfree/soda free diet until my perioid is over.

    I know it’s stupid but I know I’ll have more motivation and energy then.

  • I haven’t eated much today.

    Now it’s just water and tea for the rest of the day and tomorrow I’ll weight in and then start going to the gym at least 4 times a week.

    No candy or sugary foods for the next 30 days from now on!!

    My plan is to be 115 by the end of this month!
